Hidex AMG GammaDx is an automated in vitro diagnostic gamma counter designed for the quantitative measurement of gamma radiation emitted from human specimens. GammaDx for nuclear medicine and clinical laboratories
GammaDx supports professional nuclear medicine and clinical laboratory workflows in which serum, plasma, tissue extracts or other human specimens are prepared using commercially available IVD kits containing gamma-emitting tracers where its use is consistent with the kit instructions containing gamma-emitting tracers. The instrument provides quantitative radiation measurement data to support diagnostic or therapeutic decision-making.
With automated sample handling, flexible measurement templates and integrated quality-control functions, GammaDx helps laboratories achieve an efficient, traceable and controlled gamma-counting workflow.
Controlled workflow for patient-associated specimens
For clinical use, assay settings and measurement templates are selected and controlled according to the applicable IVD kit instructions, the validated examination procedure and the laboratory quality-management system.
