Personal information is kept confidential. The information in the registers is located on a secure server in accordance with the Electronic Communications Data Protection Act behind the usernames granted by the main user. There is no manual material.
10. REGISTERED PERSON'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION
The registered person has the right to request their information stored in the registers to be checked. Checking the registered data of the requesting person should be addressed by e-mail to the email address mentioned in section 2.
11. THE RIGHT OF THE REGISTERED PERSON TO DEMAND THE CORRECTION OF INFORMATION
The registered person has the right to correct incorrect information about himself/herself/themselves in the legal claim register or to complete incomplete information. A request to correct or complete a person's registered information should be sent by email to the email address mentioned in section 2.
12. OTHER RIGHTS OF THE REGISTERED PERSON RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The registered person has the right to request the deletion of personal data about him/her/they from the registers completely or to prohibit the use of his/her/their data for marketing purposes. The request should be addressed by sending an email to the email address mentioned in section 2.
