What led to this alliance between Hidex and Hidex Deutschland?
Hidex Deutschland was established in 2018 and has worked closely with Hidex ever since in distributing the company’s analysis equipment. The company, based in Mainz, Germany has been responsible for distributing Hidex instruments in Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland and Slovakia.
Both organisations have worked together in the development of Hidex products and increasing brand recognition in Central Europe. The organisations have agreed on a share purchase agreement in which all Hidex DE shares will be transferred to Hidex Oy.

What changes will this acquisition bring?
The acquisition will bring no operational changes for Hidex DE, and all employees will continue as before. With the acquisition, Hidex aims to better serve its clientele in Central Europe and strengthen its presence in the target markets. In the future, the expanding customer base may necessitate additional service and support staff to assist our customers.
