COMPANY INFORMATION
Hidex is a young company supplying high technology products and solutions for biotechnology, life science research and environmental monitoring. Founded in 1993, the company has attracted a multi-disciplinary staff with core competences in designing, manufacturing and marketing of plate readers, liquid scintillation counters and gamma counters. We enjoy close relations with local universities and research institutes, and take pride in an extensive applications know-how.
Hidex detection systems for bioanalytical research are used for the measurement stage of binding assays. Coverage of many different detection technologies and the flexibility to adapt to different experimental designs are key requirements in these products.
Radiation monitoring laboratories employ systems for measuring radionuclides present in the environment either naturally or as a result of accident. Our customers and collaborators in this area include some of the top research institutes in the world, CERN, IAEA, Princeton University, Lawrence Livermore National laboratories, Sandia National laboratories, etc.
